Quick Troubleshooting

• Ensure sufficient power for the mic and receiver
• Connect only to equipment with MIC input
• If no sound is detected from one or both mics, a re-pair may be needed
• Turn off the receiver and mic
• Open the mic battery cap
• Press and hold the mic (HI LO) button for 10 seconds until the display channel flashes
• Quickly turn on the receiver and wait for the mic channel display to stop flashing
• Ensure the blue light on the receiver is always on and ready for use
