Quick Troubleshooting

• Ensure you have enough power for the mic and receiver
• Connect to equipment with MIC input not other interfaces
• If no sound from one or both mics re-pair
• Turn off the receiver and mic
• Open the mic battery cap
• Press and hold the mic (HI LO) button for 10 seconds until the display channel flashes
• Quickly turn on the receiver wait for the mic channel display to stop flashing
• The blue light of the receiver will remain on ready to use
